The shoes, the head band and the ring are from Forever 21, the leopard printed scarf is from H&M, and I got a new rack for all of my clothes (yay), and the vintage Gucci bag i bought from eBay. Not sure of the authenticity of the bag so I sent some pictures with my payment to www.mypoupette.com to be absolutely sure it is not a fake. Hoping it is not!!!!

I have always been fascinated by the 60s. The clothes(bell-bottom jeans, tie dye, batik, the bikini, the mini skirt), ,the hair styles (mop-top haircut, beehive hairdos, the Twiggy hairdo), the music (The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Elvis, The Beatles/John Lennon, Janis Joplin, The Who),the rebelliousness, the social revolution/counterculture,the anti-war movement,the rise of feminism, Motown Record corporation, the radical behavior, the independence, Woodstock and the peace and love attitude.
My dad always tells me I was born two or three decades too late and that I am an old soul in a young body. I guess I am.
I found a picture of my dad from the late sixties I think and boy was he cool looking! With HUGE sideburns, long unruly hair, HUGE glasses that covered half his face, bell bottom jeans and a red tunic looking thing. I also found a picture of my mom and she looked soooo fabulous!! With white otk leather-like boots, high waisted hot pants, a red tight blouse, big hair and also she had HUGE glasses that covered half her face. I wish I was there to witness them.

I have such a difficult time trying to find the perfect white long sleeve dress! I think I went through 80 paiges on eBay looking for the perfect one! I just have to keep searching and the dress I´m looking for will reveal itself.

New in

I just picked up these two babies at the post office. Bought them off eBay a while back. Love them both and I can´t wait to take them to use:D

Had such a great time yesterday with my friend. We walked pretty much all over Oslo, ate at Friday´s, took a bus ride, went to every shop there is who had a sale, bought some stuff, gossiped, and just enjoyed ourselves:D I am a bit bummed out I did´nt find anything on sale at Acne though....I actually found the Atacoma´s on sale but they were crazy platforms I could never walk in so I did´nt get them. Oh well....next time  I guess:D

Summer time= Vacation time!!!

Instead I´m staying here in Drammen...

And a lot of beer from the local brewery...<3Aass<3...For two weeks...and then its back to work!

Leaving for Oslo soon to meet up with my best friend since I was 3 years old. Will be fun with all the sales and hanging out with her:D
